If, within seven days of your booking through the TRAVEL ASHLAND website, you find a lower publicly available advertised price for any lodging establishment, product or service at the same date/time and in the same form as is made available on TRAVEL ASHLAND, and you pay a higher price through the TRAVEL ASHLAND website than such lower publicly available advertised price, TRAVEL ASHLAND will pay you the difference between the price you paid through the TRAVEL ASHLAND website and such lower publicly available advertised price. You must contact TRAVEL ASHLAND within seven days of discovering such lower publicly available advertised price, at which time such price difference shall be paid to you in cash as you direct. This guarantee shall not apply to vehicle rentals or airfare.
